Kevin Brink is the Owner and Lead Inspector of Brink Inspections, LLC. After spending more than 20 years as a Tennessee state-licensed electrician in the commercial and industrial electrical industry, Kevin transitioned into home inspections to continue helping people make informed decisions about one of the biggest investments of their lives. As a Tennessee Licensed Home Inspector and InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI), Kevin combines extensive construction and electrical knowledge with a thorough, client-focused approach to every inspection. His background allows him to identify concerns that may be overlooked while also helping clients understand the condition of a home in a clear, practical way. Kevin believes a home inspection should be educational rather than alarming. His goal is to provide clients with honest, unbiased information so they can move forward with confidence, whether they are purchasing their first home, their forever home, or an investment property. In addition to residential inspections, Kevin is IAC2 Certified in Mold and Indoor Air Quality and works closely with clients to identify potential environmental concerns that may affect the health and safety of a home. As a lifelong Middle Tennessee resident, Kevin takes pride in serving the communities of Southern Middle Tennessee with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to treating every client like family. When he's not inspecting homes, Kevin enjoys spending time with family, serving his community, and working on creative projects and custom builds.

Debbie Brink is the Co-Owner and Office Administrator of Brink Inspections, LLC. While Kevin is often in the field performing inspections, Debbie works behind the scenes to keep the business running smoothly and ensure every client receives exceptional service from the first phone call to the final report. Debbie manages scheduling, client communications, marketing, and daily operations while also overseeing the company's Indoor Air Quality, Mold, and Radon services. She is certified through the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2) in Indoor Air Quality, Mold, and Radon, allowing Brink Inspections to provide clients with additional environmental testing services that help create healthier homes. Known for her friendly personality and attention to detail, Debbie is often the first person clients, agents, and industry partners speak with when contacting Brink Inspections. She takes pride in helping clients navigate the inspection process, answering questions, and ensuring they feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. As a lifelong resident of Southern Middle Tennessee, Debbie is passionate about serving her community and helping families make confident decisions about their homes. Together with Kevin and Alex, she is committed to the company's mission of providing honest, thorough, and professional services while treating every client like family.

Alex Brink is the FAA Part 107 Certified Drone Pilot for Brink Inspections, LLC. As part of our family-owned business, Alex helps provide safe and detailed aerial imaging for roofs, properties, and other areas that may be difficult to inspect from the ground. His drone photography allows us to give clients a better view of their property while helping our inspection team document conditions accurately and safely. Alex's attention to detail and commitment to quality make him a valuable part of the Brink Inspections team. As a lifelong Middle Tennessee resident, Alex takes pride in serving the communities we call home.
